Montreal, February 13
The 2019 edition of ExposFest will be a special one, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Montreal Expos, and a collection of former players will be on hand at the event. Four of whom will also be honored at Olympic Stadium as part of the pre-game ceremonies for the pre-season match between the Toronto Blue Jays and the Milwaukee Brewers. Larry Walker, Claude Raymond, Denis Boucher and Derek Aucoin will be joined at the Gala by Jose ‘CoCo’ Laboy, Brad Wilkerson, Mike Fitzgerald, Steve Renko, Ross Grimsley and Javier Vasquez.
Also attending the ExposFest gala diner, will be former NHLer Shayne Corson, actor William Devry (General Hospital) and former Expo Tim Burke. To date, ExposFest has raised almost $400,000 for the Montreal Children’s Hospital.
Tickets are $150 and include a four course diner, a two-hour autograph session and a $100 tax receipt. Rosa Laricchiuta (La Voix) will also be on hand, performing live.
